Requirements for this PRC

Neverwinter only has the prestige class Champion of Torm, but it is considered by most to be the Divine Champion prestige class. The NWN requirements for the PrC are the following

Base Attack Bonus: +7

Feats: Weapon Focus in a melee weapon

Alignment: Non-evil

However, as a divine class, the Champion gains his powers from a deity. Therefore a Divine Champion must have chosen a patron deity, whom he serves and who grants him divine abilites. With the alignment restriction in Neverwinter Nights, and the good nature of the CoT's abilities, the prestige class should be role-played as a champion of a good or neutral deity.

Description

Divine Champions are holy warriors, serving their deities, often through churches. Good-aligned Divine Champions might have similar roles as paladins, but the former don't share the rigid oaths and codes of the latter. The Divine Champions defends places holy to his order, battles enemies of his deity's church, and even leads crusades. He is a militant extension of the church, often held in high regard by the clergy. Battles between Divine Champions of opposing deities are something many a bard would like to tell a tale about.

The mindset of a Divine Champion can vary greatly between characters and the patron deity. The first thing to do when creating a Divine Champion is to choose a deity, study that deity's dogma and traditional orders on Toril, and start building the character from there. For example, a Divine Champion of Ilmater might have quite different views than a Divine Champion of Tempus.
